Mobility drills improve the range of motion of the muscles and joints and prepares the body for the stress of training.

Also known as ‘interval training, HIIT is a cardio workout in which you alternate between periods of short intense exercise and breaks for recovery

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Combine weight training and cardio to increase your strength, speed & insurance. Conditioning trims fat and increases muscle tone.

YOGA

Yoga can include breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific body postures.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)

MMA is an extreme combat sport in which participants are permitted to use the fighting techniques of wrestling and boxing and also those of martial arts such as kickboxing, judo and karate.

In September 2019 I spent a week with my bestie on CangguFit’s Train, Eat, Beach, Repeat package + we added in a few of their optional add-ons. It was truly the most magical week. We did everything! Massages and relaxing in spas, ate amazing food, climbed a mountain to watch the sunrise, met incredible people, trained at awesome facilities. And the organisation was next level. Bex and Ra were truly amazing. Every afternoon we got a video from Bex telling us about the plans for the next day, what we would need, where we would be going, what we would be eating, etc. Every last detail had been considered and all made for a super relaxing, though active holiday!
