Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions between you and CangguFit for all bookings. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all participants of different nationalities. Those who make their reservation must accept the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings

(A) Payment

Upon confirmation of the retreat, a registration form will be emailed to you and must be returned to CangguFit via email within 7 days of confirmation along with your non-refundable deposit.

An invoice for the non-refundable deposit (AU$500 or equivalent) will be emailed to you by CangguFit along with a link to transferwise to make the deposit. You will be invoiced in the currency of your country of origin. The payment will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah at the current exchange rate set by transferwise at the time of payment. Any fees charged by transferwise are your responsibility. A receipt of payment will be emailed to you upon CangguFit receiving the funds.

The remaining balance will be invoiced to you 45 days before the start of the retreat for payment via transferwise. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat. If your registration is confirmed within 30 days of the retreat you will be invoiced 100% of the total retreat price for immediate payment via transferwise.

CangguFit must receive the exact payment amount as stated on our confirmation email and invoice at the time of registration confirmation, regardless of changes in currency or third party charges at the time of payment or transfer.

(B) Booking Confirmation

The reservation will NOT be considered effective until such time that we have received your completed Registration Form and have confirmed the booking. Upon confirmation a receipt of payment will be sent to you via email and the reservation will be considered effective. The registration form and payment must be processed within seven days of you making a booking and submitting payment details via transferwise in order to reserve your place and confirm the booking.

In case you do not receive notification from us within seven days of making your initial booking, and submitting your registration form, please contact us via email at canggufit@gmail.com.

(C) Refunds/Cancellations

  • Cancellation after payment of deposit – The deposit amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation after full payment received – Full payment is non-refundable, however, we will allow one (1) transfer of your spot into another participants name (see Reservation Transfers below).

Once the retreat has begun, we cannot refund any payment received. If you have to leave earlier for any reason, CangguFit cannot repay any compensation.

(D) Reservation Transfers

You can transfer your reservation once to another person if you are unable to attend the retreat after payment of the deposit and/or the final amount. The transfer guest must submit a Registration Form and be approved by us (based on registration info) via email. He/she must also submit the final payment amount by the due date (if it is outstanding) in order to confirm the booking.

To submit a transfer request, please email canggufit@gmail.com with details. Please include your name and Booking Reservation Number, along with your transfer guest’s name and email address, and please also copy them in the email request.

2. Accommodation

Accommodation for the retreat period is outlined on our website. Each room has 1 king bed (single/double share) or 2 king single beds (twin share). The prices for the retreat will vary by the occupancy selected (Single or Double/Twin Occupancy). We have made every endeavour to give you full details of the accommodation that is included, however, we assume no responsibility if any details are inaccurate.

3. Travel Arrangements

(A) Not Included

  • Return flights and travel costs to Bali are not included in the retreat price, nor do we facilitate the booking of flights or any other travel arrangements.
  • CangguFit is not responsible for any consequence caused by cancellations or delays of any travel company you hire or any irregularity in the documentation required for the trip.

(B) Included

  • Transportation to and from Denpasar International Airport (DPS) to CangguFit is included on arrival and departure days, as stated in the retreat package. We will communicate full arrangements to you prior to your travel dates.
  • Transportation to and from retreat excursions is also included, as stated in the retreat pack age on our website.

4. Passport & Travel Visa

A copy of your passport must be submitted to CangguFit together with your deposit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and/or re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities is your sole responsibility. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel with at least 6 months validity from the date of your departure from Indonesia.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel visa to enter Indonesia, via Bali, prior to arrival. CangguFit cannot be held accountable if you are denied entry into the country to attend the retreat, and no refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend. 5. Health

(A) Once you book your interest in a retreat, you will be sent a registration form. This form will enable us to verify that there are no serious health conditions that will impede you from attending the retreat and carrying out the practices. If in doubt, you will be asked to consult a doctor to verify that you are in good health for exercise and other physical activities scheduled for the retreat.

(B) We request that you inform us if you have any health problems before booking your place on our retreat. If you do not inform us about your health problems, CangguFit holds the right to cancel your reservation and will not refund any monies paid. If you have health problems that may be affected by the activities of the retreat, CangguFit reserves the right to advise you not to participate, and you could be denied participation if we believe there may be a risk to your physical or psychological health.

(C) Most of the exercises during CangguFit are not safe or suitable for pregnant women. Please inform us if you are pregnant or trying to conceive prior to booking.

(D) If you feel any discomfort, pain or injury during any of the activities of the retreat, you must stop the activity as soon as possible and contact a CangguFit host or contracted instructor. If you continue with the activities, there are chances of further worsening the injury. CangguFit reserves the right to deny your participation in the activities, without full or partial refund.

(E) Although CangguFit takes all necessary measures to ensure high standards of health and safety, some of our excursions may be located in areas with uneven terrain and/or near water. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred as a result. We advise you only embark on excursions based on your comfort level in that particular terrain.

(F) You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please check requirements with your local doctor, or specialist vaccination clinic. More information can be found here: Smartraveller.

6. Travel Insurance

It is compulsory, and your responsibility to have travel insurance that covers any activity proposed in the retreat, as well as for potential losses, cancellations, illness, damage or risks. CangguFit strongly recommends that you have travel and medical insurance for all overseas travel. If you intend to hire a scooter/motorbike while you are in Bali it is your own responsibility to ensure your travel insurance covers you (most travel insurance companies do NOT cover scooter/motorbike hire or accidents without the correct drivers license/s and an additional premium regardless of weather you are the driver or pillion passenger. You must consult your travel insurance’s PDS).

7. Cancellation by You

You can cancel your reservation at any time by sending an email to canggufit@gmail.com. The cancellation will take effect from the time CangguFit sends you an email confirming the cancellation of the reservation. Please see section 1.(C) Bookings>Refunds/Cancellations above for information on cancellations and reservation transfers for your retreat.

8. Cancellation by CangguFit

CangguFit reserves the right to cancel your booking under any circumstances, in which case we will refund 100% of the money received for the retreat package by each reserved guest within 15 working days of announcing the cancellation.

9. Amendments by CangguFit

CangguFit reserves the right to make itinerary changes at any time (i.e. class times, class instructor/s or other arrangements). In the case of accommodation change, we will do everything possible to offer you a room of similar category. In case of any other major changes, we will inform you as soon as possible, and if possible, before your travel starts.

10. Our Liability to You

(A) CangguFit is responsible for ensuring that the retreat package we advertise on our website has the same services as the retreat you pay for, and these services offered will be carried out under a standard of reasonable quality.

(B) CangguFit does not accept any liability for cancellations, delays, threat of war, changes caused by war, terrorist acts, threats of industrial action, civil strife, closure of airports, technical problems to transport, natural disasters, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your circumstances, or any other events beyond our control.

(C) CangguFit is not responsible for any physical or psychological injury that you may have, or any medical or psychological condition that you may develop during the retreat. You are responsible for the possible risks that you may have during a class or activity.

11. Complaints

If you have any complaints during the retreat, please inform a member of our team as soon as possible and they will assist you in every way possible to rectify the situation. Please understand that CangguFit is not responsible for the behaviour of individual members of the group or other guests on the retreat.

12. Legal Disclaimer

The information contained in this site is for general information on matters of interest. Given the changing nature of the rules, regulations and laws and chance of electronic communication, there may be omissions or misunderstandings on the information contained on the canggufit.com website. In this respect, this information is given with the understanding that the authors cannot offer advice or services. Before taking any decision you should consult CangguFit first.

Although we have made every effort to ensure the reliability of this information, all information provided on the canggufit.com website is offered at computer level, with no guarantee of accuracy or timeliness of the results obtained from the use of this information without guarantee for a particular purpose.

CangguFit partners, agents or employees will not be liable to you or any other person for decisions made in relation to the information provided on the canggufit.com website, as well as for any damage as a result of it.

CangguFit works with other websites maintained by third parties that CangguFit has no control of. Therefore, we are not responsible for the information appearing on these other sites.

13. Privacy Information

CangguFit does not store any banking data or share personal customer information with third parties without your consent. All personal details that you provide us will be used only to provide the service you request of us. CangguFit does not register your personal data, only the IP address registered is used to perform statistical analysis of the functional use of the website, such as length of visits and more common routes. This information is used only for administrative purposes and management of the CangguFit website. This privacy policy does not cover other links to third party websites.

14. How to Pay Your Deposit and Final Balance

1. Upon receiving your completed application form, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you by CangguFit along with a link to transferwise to make the deposit payment within 7 days. You will be invoiced in the currency of your country of origin. The payment will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah at the current exchange rate set by transferwise at the time of payment. Any fees charged by transferwise are your responsibility. A receipt of payment will be emailed to you upon CangguFit receiving the funds.

2. 45 days prior to arrival at the retreat, you will be emailed an invoice for the balance owing. The balance owing is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival at the retreat. The balance owing is to be paid via transferwise. You will be invoiced in the currency of your country of origin. The payment will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah at the current exchange rate set by transferwise at the time of payment. Any fees charged by transferwise are your responsibility. A receipt of payment will be emailed to you upon CangguFit receiving the funds.

3. Final itinerary information will be emailed to you 7 days prior to arriving at the retreat.
